This video tutorial takes PatBase users through how to export data in various file formats (Word, Excel, HTML etc.), and how to publish a link to the search results or saved folders that is accessible to anyone for 6 months after publication.
Results can be exported in classic or custom display formats. Custom display formats allow the exporter to select specific patent information to include in the export document. Customising results removes unnecessary information, which can lead to drawing more valuable insights quickly.
PatBase users can choose to publish their search results directly from the search history page, or publish a folder containing saved searches. By publishing, this generates a link to the search results or folder that is active for 6 months, and can be shared with PatBase and Non-PatBase users.
